Seattle Residence & ADA Units
New three-story custom residence for a family of four, including a separate ADA (accessory dwelling unit) on the first level. The large original lot with existing residence, located in the Sandpoint area of Seattle, provided the opportunity to split the lot and provide multiple attached and detached accessory dwelling units, in addition to the new custom residence. This provided optimal value and density on a urban Seattle property. Provided maximum value to the new owners and occupants of the custom residence. Owners wanted to capture, territorial views, reflect the traditional character of the neighborhood, while creating a open floor plan for modern living.
